Every Monday morning, I post the week’s menu on HotPlate.
Order
Once the menu is live, you can place your order directly through HotPlate. I bake in limited batches, so ordering early gives you the best chance at getting your favorites.
Pick-up
Pick up in Happy Valley.

Elle’a is a craft bakery making small-batch favorites with unique flavors. I bake from my home in Happy Valley, Oregon, using high-quality ingredients, including organic, local, and seasonal whenever possible. While many of my products are timeless classics, I occasionally incorporate hints of my Hispanic heritage for a modern twist.
